We had a wonderful 4 weeks in Maine but we’re ready to be home now. I have quilts to quilt!

This one is almost ready. It was rainy and cold Wednesday so I got all of the flower blocks together. I just need to add the 2 borders.

It also needs a really good pressing.

Now we’re in the car for 2 days. Let’s see how far I can get on this blanket.

It is a beautiful quilt. The sum of its parts looks stronger than the individual blocks and makes one unified design. Blocks don’t always do that.

The quilt top looks great. My sister in law is crocheting while we are sitting with Mom. So, I had to show her your blanket.

Have a safe trip! Your quilt top looks wonderful, even unpressed. It must have been fun to make. So blown away by the fact that your holiday is over already.
