The last veterans quilts…for now

I finished the last 2 veterans quilt that I wanted to get done before vacation! It needed to end soon because the constant quilting was starting to bother my TMJ and neck a little.

The first quilt was made by Becky. She was inspired by Margaret’s quilts for this one.

Becky’s is made with all hand dyed fabric.

The second, and last one for a while, is from Peg.

What a fun scrap quilt!

Here are all the quilts that are ready to be delivered on Tuesday. The stack is short by 2 that have already been picked up. This makes 35 veterans quilts for members so far this year. It doesn’t include the ones that I made.

Now I can start doing some vacation planning.

I’ll start gathering things to pack today.

You will know already that I LOVE Becky’s quilt. Okay, I love them both, but the hand dyed fabric in Becky’s just bumps it up a notch.

Enjoy getting ready for your trip.
