Two down, 10 to go!
The first quiltvwas made by Gwendolyn.

It’s a variation of the Turning Twenty. When I have quilt top without a specific block design I like using the star and ribbons quilt design to add a focus element.

It worked great on both quilts.
I don’t remember who made this second quilt but I remember someone showing it at the meeting. Possibly Sharon.

I think I remember that the person had made several quilts and this was made using a lot of leftovers.
As soon as I trim quilts I cut up the scrap batting for pet beds and set aside the leftover backing to use in a future quilt. I used some of this beige fabric scraps in the top that I made yesterday.

The next 2 quilts are loaded and basted. I might not make progress on them today because I’m going to be dyeing quilt backs today.
