I didn’t get to do any quilting yesterday but I did finish my little secret (for now) project.

I was going to quilt in the afternoon but I got some great mail. Patty sent me a gift of a lot of Lenten Rose plants! It’s one of the few plants that the deer won’t eat and that my negligence doesn’t kill. As soon as the box arrived I got busy planting about 15 plants!

They arrived in great shape and one even had new growth.

Today is all about painting and quilting.

I’m Vicki

I’m Vicki Welsh and I’ve been making things as long as I can remember. I used to be a garment maker but transitioned to quilts about 20 years ago. Currently I’m into fabric dyeing, quilting, Zentangle, fabric postcards, fused glass and mosaic. I document my adventures here.
