Just 2 rows

Just 2 rows

We had a great afternoon yesterday at a burn party. Where I live we don’t thread our documents. We save them up, gather at a friend’s house for a burn party and cookout. It was hot and sunny through the burn then we had a timely rain shower to kill the fire and cool thing off for lunch.

I didn’t get much done after we got home but, after dinner I quilted 2 rows on the veterans quilt.

Today I’ll finally get the basement mopped and check that off my list.

    Sounds like a fun time!!

I have to drive about an hour away to shred – your way sound more entertaining!

I have a friend who lives in the country whose family has a bonfire rather than shredding documents.

What a great idea for a party! You’ve reminded me that it’s high time I spent some time shredding – alas no burn parties for me.
