Show and Tell Tote

A super-sized tote is useful for lots of things but I designed this tote so that I could easily carry 2 or more quilts to my Guild meetings. The tote is about 24″ wide and 20″ tall. It is designed with 2 sets of handles so that you can carry it as a tote or as a shoulder bag. It’s perfect for short people, like me, because it doesn’t drag the ground with your arm fully extended.

It is fully lined and has one large pocket on the inside.

Of course you can make it special with your own artistic touches. For the one on the right I use a Spoonflower color chart fabric for the base, appliqued flowers and the embellished with buttons.

The blue one on the lower right started with a gradient that I stenciled with leaves, dots and feathers.
