I’m liking it!

I’m liking it!

I’m also loving the new machine.  I didn’t realize how much I was avoiding sewing with the old machine. Even with yesterday being a visiting and errand day, I squeezed in some sewing time. I finished getting the crumb blocks bordered and started the rows.

In other good news, a local sewing machine repair shop is taking my old one for parts. It will live on as a transplant donor and that makes me very happy!

I don’t have to go anywhere today so I’ll be working on this quilt and loading a couple of veterans quilts on the frame.

I am really liking your scrappy blocks, especially with the dark blue squares. Enjoy using your new machine!

Isn’t it wonderful to have a machine that works well to sew with? I am glad to hear that you are loving it. Another bonus is that there is very little learning curve with this particular “upgrade/replacement.”

Sewing should always be a pleasure, so glad your new machine is putting the fun back into it.

Obviously I’m behind in my commenting so I’m glad to hear that the repair shop wants your old machine for parts. (and yes, I’m liking it too!)

That’s definitely a win to find a place to take the old machine. They will make good use of its parts.
