Veterans Quilt

Veterans Quilt

It was so nice to stay off the computer yesterday and do some quilting! These two veterans quilts came together quickly with no thread breaks or tension problems. I love my Innova.

I don’t know who made this one but I like it a lot.

This is the second one. I also don’t know who pieced this one and I also like it a lot.

I quilted it with a star and swirl pantograph and red thread. I think the red thread was a good call.

In other news, we have more baby birds! These are Carolina Wrens and they LOVE nesting in the propane tank. They used to like the bumper of my car. I’m glad they are in the propane tank now.

Today I’m working the primary election. This is for Democratic Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General. Turnout is going to be low so I expect to get in a lot of crochet time while listening to an audiobook.

Those two quilts turned out great. I do wish I had room for a long arm.

Two more nice quilts. How exciting to have wrens nesting even though I expect where they are is a little inconvenient. Not as bad as your car though.
