Postcard progress

Postcard progress

It took entirely too long to settle on this second card design.  I also have to admit that I was exceptionally lazy on Saturday.  By Saturday evening I was finally ready to start work.

I was determined to do one of my card designs in plaid fabrics. I’m now in the process of stitching ribbons on my gift boxes.

I spent all lot of Sunday afternoon and evening watching football. That helped me get about 10 rows added to this blanket.

I did get an idea for the third design. I might be able to start testing out the Cricut aspect of that later today, if all my plaid boxes get their bows.

What a fun card design and the background is unexpected. I love it 🙂. Sometimes a lazy day is needed to recharge……you are always so busy!

These remind me of the little red plaid dress I made for my granddaughter for Christmas when she was one. She’s 38 now.

They’re looking great! The addition of the stitched bows is the perfect finishing touch.
