The next veterans quilts

Yesterday was a big errand day after Mom and I met my cousin for lunch. So, aside from washing out fabric, I didn’t get much done. I only got the next 2 veterans’ quilts loaded and pasted.

I think I’m going to use dark red thread and I’d like to get them done today so I can take them to sewing days tomorrow.

I also want to set up some ice dyeing today as well. It’s all very doable if I can stay off my phone.

That’s a wrinkled border on the green, cream and gold quilt. I am sure you can even things out as you quilt it.

The red thread will blend nicely on the red, white and blue quilt. I think it will add a nice design layer on the other one. Good choice.

Red thread is a good choice for both of them. Yes, isn’t it amazing how much can be accomplished if we ignore the phone (no problem for me because I don’t use one) and the internet.
